A single-origin coffee from Finca Patio Bonito in the mountains of Caldono, Cauca, Colombia, a family project led by chemical engineer and coffee grower Paola Trujillo. The farm grows the Pink Bourbon variety and works with prolonged fermentation and controlled drying for a complex aromatic and flavour profile.
