Managed by Frank, a Q grader with extensive experience in specialty coffee, the farm employs innovative processing methods, including a 'Reposado' washed process involving anaerobic fermentation and extended drying times. Frank's efforts have also led to 90% of the farm being organic, enhancing soil preservation and crop protection.
