Finca La Granada is a two-hectare farm in Huila, Colombia, founded by Carmen Motta Piamba and her husband, Gabriel Castaño Motta. This microlot was meticulously handpicked for optimal ripeness and underwent a 60-hour fermentation process with the cherries intact, followed by de-pulping and an additional 60 hours in tanks.
