Finca El Jardin is managed by Mario Mejia, a young, fourth-generation coffee grower. The farm is located at an elevation of 1,650 meters and cultivates various coffee varieties. Mario, who has a degree in Agronomy, leads a Specialty Coffee Program, teaching local producers about specialty coffee. Recently, he built a Wet-Mill to enhance coffee processing.
