A washed Pink Bourbon from Finca Divino Niño in the municipality of Oporapa, Huila, farmed by Jose Raires Cabrera Losada on a five-hectare family plot. The lot is fermented for 24 hours in sealed bags followed by 48 hours in open tanks, then dried under cover for about 22 days.
