A single-origin coffee from Finca Agua Fria, a farm restored by Jose Tomas Carrillo at 1,200 metres above sea level in Venezuela. The farm grows Pink Bourbon and Tabi varieties and uses anaerobic washed processing, with a cool, humid microclimate that allows slow maturation and deep, complex sensory profiles.
