A single origin from Finca San Francisco in El Salvador, the first official Bird and Bear coffee, sourced from a producing family the founder met early in his coffee-buying career. It has a full, creamy body with a balance between sweetness and acidity, and tasting notes of milk chocolate and caramel. It also works well as an espresso.
