Bombe, a small micro-region in the district of Bensa, Sidama, is home to exceptional coffees. Farmers grow coffee in small traditional gardens, intercropping with other crops. This lot was processed as a traditional washed coffee, where cherries are depulped, fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds.
