A single-origin Grade 1 Yirgacheffe coffee from family-operated farms around the Kochere washing station in the Gedeo zone of Ethiopia, naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds at 1,900 to 2,200 metres. A medium roast with tasting notes of blueberry, floral, maple syrup and ganache.
