This coffee is produced by the Gubata Farmers’ Group with Ture Waji and Sookoo Coffee. The coffee cherries are hand-harvested, sorted, and dried on raised beds over 2-3 weeks. Traditional farming methods are largely organic and involve intercropping with local crops. Guji coffee is known for its unique profiles and exceptional quality due to its rugged terrain and climate.
