A washed Heirloom from the Guji area of Oromia, Ethiopia, grown between 1,900 and 2,200 metres (87 SCA). Sweet and fruity with a medium body and high citric acidity, an enzymatic jasmine-and-citrus fragrance and notes of dark chocolate, red fruit, walnut and white flowers.
