A washed single-origin coffee grown at 1,800-1,900m in Aleta Wendo, Sidama, Ethiopia, on clay soils shaded by local Zigba and Weyira trees. Produced by a small family business; cherries are depulped with an 'Agard' machine, fermented, washed and slowly dried on raised African beds. The 74/140 variety gives a clean, balanced and bright cup.
