The Ethiopia 1931 Gesha Mossto Anaerobic is produced by Gesha Village, which grows some of the oldest cultivars near the primeval forests where coffee is believed to have first appeared. The mossto anaerobic process involves submerging the coffee seed in its fruit pulp and juice for more than three days.
