Finca Noruega, founded by Los Naranjos Coffee and part of the Renacer Project, represents a new generation of Salvadoran producers focused on both precision and sustainability. The varietal, Pacamara, is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe, often called an 'elephant bean' because of its unusually large bean size.
