
Café El Dorado is cultivated by Gualdina Torres at the Santa Mónica farm, which spans 4.5 hectares. The coffee is processed through manual harvesting of only ripe fruits, followed by pulping and oxidation in tiled tanks for 18 hours, then gently washed and sun-dried for approximately 15 days.
