This Colombian coffee is decaffeinated through the ethyl acetate process, where it is steamed and then soaked in a solution of water and ethyl acetate until caffeine is no longer detected. It is then thoroughly washed and dried. This coffee is quite sweet and drinks wonderfully as an espresso.
