A washed filter coffee from the Bensa woreda of the Sidama region in southern Ethiopia, processed at the Ephtah washing station. Light and fresh, it shows floral and citrus aromatics with apricot and a caramel base, plus hints of licorice. It scored 87 points on the SCA scale.
