Cusuco is a single-origin coffee from Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, grown by the Albir sisters at about 1,500 masl. The Maracaturra variety is processed using a natural sleeping-bag method and given an omni-roast, producing a funky, liqueur-like cup with complex acidity and a creamy body. Tasting notes include red wine, red plum and cocoa cream.
