Apaneca-Ilamatepec, El Salvador
Coyote is a single-origin coffee from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec range of El Salvador, grown by Andrés Salaverría at around 1,500 masl. The washed SL28 is given an espresso roast, producing a funky, liqueur-like cup with tartaric and lactic acidity and a creamy body. Tasting notes include brownie, peach jam and muscat.
