
An anaerobic washed Geisha from Finca La Isabela in Costa Rica, managed by third-generation producer Max Salazar Rodriguez, grown between 1,700 and 1,800 metres. Controlled experimental fermentation gives a complex, expressive cup with strong aromatic intensity, marked sweetness and a bright acidity; notes of watermelon, strawberries and cream, passion fruit and lemon pie.
