This coffee comes from Fazenda Rio Brilhante, a sprawling farm in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro. Coração de Melão means 'heart of melon' in Portuguese, signifying the sweet, tender center of the fruit. The coffee exhibits a dense sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut along with subtle notes of dried apple, pear, papaya, and honeydew.
