
Wilson Alba operates Finca Sierra Morena in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. The farm has been in his family for generations, and after initially switching to tropical fruits, Wilson returned to coffee in 2016, focusing on specialty coffee. The Pink Bourbon variety used is known for its unique flavor and has become popular in Huila. The coffee undergoes a washed process, including floating, de-pulping, dry-fermenting for 24 hours, and drying on raised beds for about 30 days.
