
A washed Caturra Chiroso grown by Nelson Urrego and his family, second-generation growers in the San Carlos area of Urrao, southwest Antioquia, on nutrient-rich volcanic soils at around 1,950 metres. The variety is valued for its body, natural sweetness, floral and fruity notes and balanced acidity. Recommended for filter and espresso; sold in 200-gram boxes.
