A regional single-origin coffee from the Acevedo and Pitalito areas of Huila, Colombia, produced within a High Cup Score program with local growers. It is processed using a natural method with double fermentation: an aerobic phase that adds aromatic complexity followed by an anaerobic phase that intensifies notes of blackberry and ripe fruit, finished with a controlled thermal stabilization. Drying is done in the sun under canopies before a mechanical silo finish.
