This Geisha comes from Las Marias Estate, a young farm with deep roots. The Giraldo family recovered 70-year-old Typica trees and planted Geisha, grown from seeds sourced directly out of Panama. The Salpicón lot features only the finest Geisha cherries, fermented for 96 hours and dried for 40 days.
