This microlot comes from a community called Nasa Wesx, Gaitania village in the department of Tolima, Colombia. The coffee is fermented in a low-oxygen environment for 50 hours and sundried on raised beds, resulting in a juicy flavor profile with notes of red grape and a rum-like mouthfeel.
