A natural-processed microlot from the Yirong washing station in the mountains of Yunnan, China, grown between 1,400 and 1,700 metres on volcanic soil (84 SCA). A clean, balanced cup with dark chocolate, toasted almond, ripe melon and green apple; suited to filter methods and light espresso.
