A 15-hour fully washed Typica Mejorado from Hacienda La Papaya in Ecuador, produced under Juan Pena at nearly 2,000 meters. The cup opens with tea rose florals followed by honey sweetness and citrus clarity, with sweet red apple, cacao nibs and a eucalyptus lift over a silky, transparent body. Processed with pure Andean spring water and slow-dried in sensor-controlled rooms; scored 89 points in CafExporto analysis.
