A Gesha from the Ninety Plus Gesha Estate in Volcan Valley, Panama, produced using Joseph Brodsky's criolic folio process, which uses cold river water to slow fermentation. The cup has a deep purple floral aroma with intense stewed pineapple, mature strawberries, purple cherries and cocoa nib, finishing long and tropical. Grown without chemicals using natural spring and rainwater.
