A fully washed Bourbon from Munyinya Hill in the highlands of Gitega, Burundi, where 232 smallholder farmers deliver cherries to the Bukeye Washing Station built by Long Miles Coffee. The cup shows bright red berries, citrus and delicate florals over a tea-like structure, with a clean, refined sweetness and a long finish. Ripe cherries were sorted and fully washed before slow drying.
