A washed Red Bourbon from the Gatukuza cooperative in the hills around Bujumbura, Burundi, grown between 1,600 and 2,000 metres (87+ SCA). An intensely fruity, complex cup with forest-fruit and floral notes, a bright acidity and a long, sweet finish.
