A decaffeinated Bourbon from the solar-powered Musenyi washing station in Burundi, run by the COSDAR cooperative, which was founded by agronomist Nestor and grew from one washing station in 2013 to four. The lot is sourced from smallholders near the Tanzanian border and decaffeinated using the DCM (methylene chloride) process. Recommended for espresso and moka pot.
