Três Pontas, South Minas Gerais, Brazil
Brazil's history with coffee stretches back to the early 18th century. Fazendas Caxambu and Aracaçu make up a century-old family-run estate, managed by Carmen Lúcia de Brito. The estate employs an 'Afro Honey' technique, a variation of the pulped-natural process, producing exceptional coffee while fostering a legacy of respect for nature and community.
