From the Kaffa region of Ethiopia, considered the birthplace of coffee, the Djimmah is known as the original coffee. It is the roaster's most full-bodied coffee, with an interesting bitterness from its strong cocoa aroma and a fruity aftertaste; enjoyed as espresso or filter.
