Aponte is an indigenous reserve in the mountains of Nariño, southern Colombia, where coffee has become part of a broader story of resilience and renewal. This lot is produced by around 200 smallholder farmers and reflects a regional approach that differs from much of Colombia, showcasing honey processing that develops greater sweetness and a smooth, velvety texture.
