Andrés Burga has three hectares of land in the Calabozo area of San José de Lourdes. The farm is planted with Caturra and Catuai, which are cultivated and harvested separately. After harvesting, Andrés ferments his coffee for 24 to 36 hours before drying it for about two weeks on raised beds and patios.
