Always Sunny is Thom Bargen's flagship coffee, grown by small family farms in the Huila region of Colombia and named in tribute to the local Opita community. The Castillo and Cenicafe lot is washed, fermented for 36 hours, and sun-dried in parabolic dryers, and is offered for both espresso and filter. It is full-bodied with notes of chocolate and nuts.
