A single-origin natural-processed Colombian coffee from El Uberrimo farm, where production focuses on minimal chemical use to preserve soil life. Cherries are ripened to a wine-like colour, fermented in-tank for 100 to 120 hours, and slow-dried. A medium roast with notes of bubble gum, cream soda, salted caramel, cherry, watermelon, and milk chocolate.
