This gorgeous coffee comes from Colombia’s master of Co-Ferment processing, and long time crew favorite, Rodrigo Sánchez. It’s a Co-Ferment Washed lot made from Caturra Bourbon varietal cherries grown at the highly regarded Finca El Eden. The cup shows high clarity and floral aromatics, opening with a beautiful mix of red and violet notes that carry throughout.
