An ASD (Anaerobic Slow Dry) Washed Gesha from the Vuelta section of Finca Elida, on the slopes of Volcan Baru in Boquete, Panama, produced by the Lamastus family. Delicate florals of jasmine and orange blossom lead into strawberry, cherry and honey peach, with hints of green tea carrying through a long, velvety finish. Cherries are pulped and fermented in sealed tanks, washed, then dark-room dried for 45 to 60 days.
