A Rainforest Alliance certified single origin whole bean coffee from Aquiares Estate, the largest coffee farm in Costa Rica, which devotes 80% of its land to coffee and 20% to conservation. Grown at 1,200 to 1,400 meters in rich volcanic soil, where the Centroamericano variety flourishes. Roasted medium with notes of blackberry, maple, and figs.
