A washed Bourbon coffee from the Abadatezuka Cooperative, a group of smallholders in the Nyamasheke district of Rwanda's Western Province who deliver cherry to the Cyato Washing Station, grown at around 2,000 metres. Farmed without synthetic inputs, it is a sweet, fruit-forward cup with notes of blackberry, pear and caramel.
