A single-origin organic and fair-trade certified coffee from the Jaen province of Peru's Cajamarca region, produced by the Cenfrocafe cooperative. A pleasingly quaffable mild roast with low acidity and warming notes of prunes, nougat, toffee, hazelnuts and candied orange peel.
