
A washed Geisha from Pablo Andres Guerrero's Hacienda El Obraje in Tangua, Colombia, grown at 2,300 meters. Whole cherries are fermented for around 20 hours followed by a 24-hour dry fermentation, with notes of blackberry, black tea, and citrus. From the 2025 harvest.
