An organic single origin from the Central Highlands of Guatemala near Lake Atitlan, grown by a cooperative of 67 producers in San Antonio at 1,700-2,000 meters in the Sierra Madre. A Strictly Hard Bean, washed and sun-dried, dark roasted, with notes of milk chocolate, honey, mandarin orange, and nougat. Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varietals.
