Always Sleepy is Thom Bargen's decaffeinated coffee, sourced through Sucafina Colombia's integrated supply chains and decaffeinated with the sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) process, which preserves most of the bean's flavour compounds. The coffees come from Cauca, Tolima, Antioquia and Eje Cafetero grown between 1,400 and 2,100 meters. It is sweet with notes of brown sugar, honey and milk chocolate.
