The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1350-1400 meters and is primarily composed of Caturra and Castillo varietals. The washed processing method enhances the coffee's clarity and balance, resulting in a cup with sweet caramel and brown sugar notes, along with soft spices and light citrus hints.
