A single-origin Colombian coffee from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, produced by Diego Samuel Bermudez Tapia using a double anaerobic thermal-shock washed process with 34 hours of fermentation at 1,900 metres. A light roast with notes of lychee, honey and apple jelly.
