
A honey process Sidra from La Josefina in the Amazonian region of Napo, Ecuador, produced by Leopoldo Andrade between two national parks near the Reventador volcano. The cup offers tropical and ripe stone fruit layered with citrus brightness and floral notes and a soft, honeyed sweetness, with a round, silky texture and a clean finish. A short fermentation precedes drying to bring out the variety's natural sweetness.
