A single origin from the Ketiara cooperative in the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra, Indonesia, a women-led co-op of around 1,500 producers known for premium pricing and community programs. The cup is earthy, pungent and spicy. The co-op supports seedling programs, organic fertilizer production, tree rejuvenation and scholarships for young members.
